Shipping policy

We ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. Order before 2pm Monday to Friday and we dispatch the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, at the weekend or on a bank holiday go out the next working day, so an order placed at 3pm on a Friday leaves us on Monday. Every order is sent on Royal Mail Tracked 24, which usually arrives the next working day. Tracked 24 aims for next-day delivery but does not guarantee it, so please allow an extra day at busy times.

Standard UK delivery is free on orders of £49.99 or more. Below that, a flat £4.99 delivery charge is added at checkout before you pay.

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way. If it hasn't arrived within 7 business days of dispatch, please email hello@larkandlake.co.uk and we'll help track it down.
