Tealight house Nyhavn 'red'

Nyhavn borrows its shape from the tall narrow houses along the Copenhagen waterfront, and in red it manages to look festive without being strictly seasonal. Put a tealight inside and the windows glow, which is the sort of small pleasure that improves a dark afternoon. It tends to stay out long after the decorations come down.

• Tealight house in a bright red finish
• Windows glow when a tealight is lit
• Designed and developed by Remember in Germany
• Inspired by Copenhagen's waterfront houses

Lovely on a windowsill, a mantelpiece or a winter table.
